Introduction

The Company HausProud Living is the principle investment vehicle for the CF Commercial group of businesses.

HausProud Living was established in June 2023 and our brand is centered around design, originality, and integrity. We are committed to delivering superior accommodation for our clients. This commitment not only mirrors our core values but also drives towards a long-term sustainable and profitable business.

The market demand for high-quality, co-living accommodation suitable for young professionals is evident. HausProud Living is rising to meet this challenge, offering solutions that address “an identifiable local need in areas with strong demand”.

Our ambition is to expand HausProud Living to become “the leading provider of co-living accommodation in Newcastle and Gateshead”. The Company raises private funds to support our investment in new assets and to capitalise on the strong growth opportunities available in our market.

Craig founded a successful commercial property agency in 2008 in Shoreditch London and has organically grown the business from a startup to the business you see today over the last 14 years.

The business focuses on place-making and business eco systems that we help create and provide best-in-class transactional and consultancy advice on the commercial element of major mixed-use regeneration projects with typical GDVs of £250M to £3B.

We are proud to have completed over 900 deals on over 1.1M square feet of accommodation on landmark projects including; Lend Lease’s Elephant Park, International Quarter London and Silvertown; Get Living London’s East Village and Elephant One; LLDC’s East Bank; Berkeley Capital’s Woodberry Down, Kidbrooke Village and Royal Arsenal Woolwich; Peabody’s Southmere, Thamesmead; Cain Hoy’s The Stage Shoreditch; Blackstone’s St Katherine’s Docks, Chiswick Park and Broadgate Quarter.

HausProud Living’s purpose is to build intergenerational wealth by growing a portfolio of high-end co-living houses in the next three to five years comprising 100 + rooms. We contribute 10% of our profits to Great Ormond Street Hospital’s Craniofacial Unit because it’s dear to our heart.

We hope these contributions could help research into Crouzon Syndrome, a rare genetic condition that causes the craniofacial bones to fuse prematurely.  The unit treats an average of 250 new patients a year and undertakes 200 surgical procedures on children with congenital and acquired craniofacial conditions. About 10 per cent of the surgery is complex midfacial surgery including fronto-facial distraction.

The hospital is full of remarkable children whose bravery touches everyone.  We believe GOSH transforms the health and well-being of every little patient.
