Purchase & Development Loans

  • Secured Option: 10% per annum interest rate with first charge, minimum investment of £250,000

  • Unsecured Option: 12% per annum interest rate, minimum investment of £100,000

  • Investment Term: Typically between 6 to 18 months

Earn and Learn Scheme

  • Interest Rate: 6% per annum rate with first charge, minimum investment of £250,000

  • Investment Term: 6 to 18 months

  • Additional Benefit: Receive educational insights and updates throughout the project duration

The investment is a debt investment with a direct loan to our business, meaning there is no share of equity.
