Secured Option: 10% per annum interest rate with first charge, minimum investment of £250,000
Unsecured Option: 12% per annum interest rate, minimum investment of £100,000
Investment Term: Typically between 6 to 18 months
Earn and Learn Scheme
Interest Rate: 6% per annum rate with first charge, minimum investment of £250,000
Investment Term: 6 to 18 months
Additional Benefit: Receive educational insights and updates throughout the project duration
